I have spent more than 20 years working in Banking and Financial services, always focussed on Customer Service and Customer Excellence roles.
In my last role, I ran the Customer Service and Operations team for an Ethical Bank and I am really looking forward to bringing that experience to Lucent.
My Role at Lucent
As Head of Operations I am responsible for the day to day running of the team, making sure our service exceeds client expectations, and helping us be as efficient as possible.
