Career Summary

I have spent more than 20 years working in Banking and Financial services, always focussed on Customer Service and Customer Excellence roles.

In my last role, I ran the Customer Service and Operations team for an Ethical Bank and I am really looking forward to bringing that experience to Lucent.

My Role at Lucent

As Head of Operations I am responsible for the day to day running of the team, making sure our service exceeds client expectations, and helping us be as efficient as possible.

Why I Love Working at Lucent

Having worked in large organisations for so many years, I love working at Lucent, where it feels like one big happy family!

Why I'm Passionate About Financial Planning

I have always been passionate about service and I know from personal experience how the work Lucent do can be transformational for our clients so I feel really lucky to be part of that.

Likes

My family, friends and cats - They’re an awesome bunch and I am very lucky to have them in my life.
Swimming and Yoga - I am by no means a fitness freak, but I do love an early morning swim and a night-time relaxing yoga sesh!
Holidays - I am so lucky to have been able to travel and experience different cultures, if only there was enough time and money to do every country in the world!

Dislikes

Spiders – they are just not necessary in my opinion.
Lateness – I think you should always make the effort to be on time, it’s respectful.
Rain – I love getting out and about so rain is just annoying.
